Vintage Luella Brown Leather Studded Hand Shoulder Bag with Padlocks & Keys

Vintage Luella Bag in great condition. My mother bought this in Hong Kong years ago. Made in Turkey Only used handful of times. Some normal signs of use - some minor marks on back/lower and front of bag, interior has a few black dot stains and small green oxidation marks - please see photos. Padlocks and keys work.
