Vintage Lucite Turquoise Pendent Necklace, Sterling Italy Box Chain

*Description: This is a vintage sterling silver box chain made in Italy. The pendant appears to be stamped 825 on the back. I tested the surface metal of the pendant and it tested 10K gold but also tested silver so I am wondering if the pendant is gold over silver. The faux turquoise stone is Lucite with the metal running through the Lucite in two curved lines. There is a spring ring clasp. *Approximate Measurements: Chain Length - 17 Inches, Pendant length - 1 Inch, Pendant Width - 3/4 Inch *Condition: Great vintage condition. There is some discoloration on the Lucite turquoise stone. I do not know if this was part of the design to look more like faux turquoise or was added later.
