Vintage midi dress in red with white floral pattern. Blouson upper, with short sleeves and shoulder pads. Teardrop back opening with red button and loop closure. Waist is elastic, and drops to an accordion pleated skirt that falls to floaty and loose. Nice amount of stretch in the elastic, no pockets. Size is 16 1/2 to 16pw - but check measurements, as vintage runs small.
