Vintage Louis Feraud Velvet Dress Low V-Back Ruffles SIze 10 Amazing Black velvet dress with 3 tiers of ruffles at the bottom, crinoline in between each ruffle. Large bow at the bottom of the Low V back. Extremely well made dress with a soft velvet feel. In excellent condition for it's age. Please take note of photos, there is a white mark on one of the sleeves, Good drycleaner should be able to remove. Also, one of the sleeve cuffs has a loose thread, will need to be sewn in place so hem doesn't come undone.
