Vintage Lot of 4 Buckle Up Bear Bookmarks 1988 Washington State Patrol

This is a lot of four vintage bookmarks dated 1988 and from Washington State patrol. They are in good vintage condition with one bent on the edge as shown in pictures. The back side has a ruler.
