Gently used condition tie clips from the American company Anson. The mechanical pencil does not have the Anson marking however the sword does. Anson was known for creating multi use tie clips, so I believe the mechanical pencil is also from Anson. There is lead in the pencil and it retracts just fine. Fast ship out time.
