Vintage, Longaberger, Horizon of Hope Basket, Small Basket, Liner, Protector, 2001. This is a cute little Longaberger Basket with a handle. It measures approximately 4-3/4" tall and 8" tall with the handle up. It is 4-1/4" in diameter at the top of the basket and 3" at the base. The liner is a pretty pink design with the word HOPE. It is signed by the maker and has the logo of the American Cancer Society on the bottom. I believe there is a whole series of "Hope" items that are for Breast Cancer awareness. This basket also comes with the plastic protector to keep the liner nice and clean.
