Vintage Lloyd Williams Sheer Ruffled Blouse circa 1970s Color: creme Size: tag removed but was worn by 90 pound woman, probably XS Features one functional fabric covered button at each wrist and 4 functional buttons at front. Shirt is sheer - consider wearing a camisole underneath. Note that shirt has several marks throughout; looks like pencil. May be able to be removed, I have not tried.
