Vintage Liz Olemberg Black Over the Knee Boots with Thin High Heel

I believe these are from the early 90s over-the-knee boots. There's a few tiny and minor scrapes but given their age, they're in really great shape. I'm pretty sure these are genuine leather by the feel and if you pull back the leather near the laces you can see the underside and it looks genuine. See the last photo.
