Vintage Liz Claiborne blouse in black and cream stripe. Keyhole opening on front left with button closure. Blousy long-sleeves with two-button closures around wrist. Has a split hem on bottom sides of shirt. One teeny tiny pull on the back in cream area of picture (barely visible). Comes with shoulder pads! Measures around 26” from top of shoulder to bottom of top. Measures 21” from pit to pit. Measures around 17” from under pit to bottom of sleeve.
