Vintage 90s Liz Claiborne Short Dress, Petite. This awesome dress has long sleeves that are wider at the top and get narrower as they go to the wrist. It also has shoulder pads. In great vintage condition with one of the wrist buttons loose, but attached with a safety pin for an easy fix. With a short skirt, this petite size dress has label size 2.
