Killer Lip Service Vintage 90s y2k 2000’s concert music punk rock graphic gothic schoolgirl snap button Velcro studded silver hardware d ring wrap around plaid pleated red white and black mini skirt. It is a wrap style skirt with a Velcro closure on the inside and button snaps down the side. Tagged a size XL but can fit a large low waisted. The measurements laying flat…Waist> 18 inches + Length> 13 inches. In excellent vintage condition. I haven’t seen this specific skirt go for under $150!
