Bold 'Greetings from St. Augustine Florida' linen-style large-letter postcard published by Curt Teich & Co., featuring multi-scene vignettes of St. Augustine landmarks inside 3-D block letters with turquoise, green and orange printing. Design shows cannons and colonial stonework, a horse-drawn carriage, churches and waterfront views typical of mid-century souvenir art. Printed on standard 5.5 x 3.5 in postcard stock with Texaco-era 2¢ U.S. stamp postmarked Daytona Beach Oct 4 1952; back contains handwritten message and vintage postal cancellation. Likely produced early 1950s (Curt Teich Linen Era), chromolithography/offset printing with the characteristic linen paper texture and heavy halftone dots.Collectible for postcard and Florida travel ephemera collectors: attractive mid-century linen souvenir with vivid colors, classic large-letter design, publisher credit "Curt Teich & Co., Inc." at lower left and printer code 88-H331.
