Vintage Limoges Trinket Needle Box Christmas Noel Reindeer Fontanille Marraud FM

This is a vintage (probably made in the 40’s or 50’s) pin or needle tray/trinket box. made by the Fontanille and Marraud Company of Limoges, France and bears their mark. The item us in good vintage condition with age appropriate wear noted on the gold tone edging and the bottom. It measures approximately 3 inches long and 1 inch wide. It has a beautifully detailed winter scene of a woman with a small child and a dog, along with holly, berries and the word Noël across the top. The latch is a tiny gold colored reindeer. “Joyeux Noël” (Merry Christmas) in script on the inside. Please review the photos and feel free to ask questions.
