Vintage baby blue teddy- the smallest dimension is 28" waistline. No stretch so that is the maximum you can thread your body through it- so shoulders or hips. I believe this is best on an XS. Very good condition. Less synthetic in the fabric- more cotton- From the mid 70s or earlier. I have a peignoir sheer robe from the same era that would complete or compliment the seductive vintage vibe.
