does this have an attached 'belt'? are those tiny holes on the tobe or gown? TY

@mare1909 yes there are tiny tiny holes as shown in photos and no there is no belt the overcoat portion of the set does have a three button clasp. it's a really nice set. My arms are just too long unfortunately so I'm reposting it.
