I do believe it runs small when compared to a modern Lilly Pulitzer skirt. It has a fun green background with flowers, fruit, ladybugs, and bees throughout. The skirt is lined with a zipper in the back. It is in good pre-owned condition. I do not see any flaws with it. Please review all pictures and ask any questions you may have. The waist is about 15 inches and pulls to a max of about 15.5 inches. At the max, it might be tighter on. There is little to no give here. The total length is about 19 inches.
