Lillie Rubin designer Vintage spaghetti strap dress with sheer cape. Designs appear to be painted. Please see pictures that show a possible alteration and two tiny holes in the cape. Very unique. Perfect for prom, cocktail party, cruise or wedding guest. All measurements are approximate. Underarm across to same 18" Waist 15 1/2" across, longest hem point is 61" No size on this dress. Back of cape needs repair. This is a vintage dress and wear reflects same. Vintage sizes may label this smaller (like a vintage 8 could be closer to a modern 6).
