Vintage Levi's Pants Slate Blue Work Pants/Dress Pant 36x29.5 (tag 38) short

Vintage Levi's pants, slate blue in color From the tag, they seem to be the "Sta-Prest" style of work/dress pants that never need ironing and keep the front crease. No fabric tag, but feels like a thicker, sturdy poly/cotton/spandex maybe blend? Tag size is hard to see, but I believe it says 38 waist, 34 length. The actual measurements are different, waist measures 36" and length/inseam is only 29.5" so they appear to have been hemmed professionally. There is about an inch and a half of fabric inside the bottom of hem that could be let out if more length is needed. Based on tag, they are vintage from sometime 1975-1984.
