Vintage Levi wide leg culottes shorts

Vintage Levi Strauss culotte style shorts. Long and wide legged, pointed waistband with elastic back. No size or content tag, but I'd say best fits a medium. The measurements are flat, unstretched and approximate: waist 15.5", length from waist to hem 24", rise 15", inseam 11". Material feels like a cotton blend. Color is burgundy with darker pinstripes. The elastic in the back is stretched and back rise seam has some pulling, see photos. They are in otherwise good condition from a smoke free and dog friendly home.
