Vintage Leslie Fay 12 Petite 80s 90s Two Piece Abstract Dress Layered Skirt

This is a fun two-piece dress by Leslie Fay, size 12 petite. It has a colorful, abstract print that reminds me of candy. Of course, the pieces could also be worn separately. The top buttons up and has shoulder pads. The skirt has an elastic waist -- the elastic is not as stretchy as it should be (likely due to age); it stretches, just doesn't seem as snug as it should. I measure the chest on the top as 39". Waist on the skirt is about 34" (not stretching it out all the way). Length of the skirt is about 24".
