Very pretty green swirl ruffled top vase. Top graduated ruffled design. No chips or cracks. There is a glass bubble that is made in the glass and is not a defect. Hand blown. There is not the standard Foil label on bottom Lefton's Reg US Pat Office Japan. I am familiar with Lefton and I am assuming it is Lefton due to color, style and make of item.
