Vintage Lefton China sugar bowl, hand painted in the gold wheat pattern. #20120. No chips or cracks noted. There is moderate overall wear to the paint and there is a textured discoloration inside the bowl itself. It almost feels and looks like some sort of dried glue or similar substance. It does not appear to be a repair however. Beyond that the piece shows typical age-related wear. Please refer to photos as part of this item's description.
