@amandagiles711 it depends. The waist is 24 inches, and the jeans themselves are very loose fitting for a typical woman who’s a size 2. These jeans are also pretty long. I like the loose fitting style because they make my legs look thicker than they really are, and they sit perfectly at the waist. So I would say it’s a bit in between, but they are not stretchy at all and feel stiff. There is no room for wiggle room if body measurements don’t match. I hope that helps.
