Vintage Laura Ashley Polka Dot Cotton Skirt

Vintage 90s Laura Ashley cotton skirt in excellent condition. There is a cluster of tiny marks on the back of the waistband as pointed out in pics. 100% cotton. Features back zipper and button closure, 2” wide waistband, unlined. Made in Australia. Marked a (vintage) size 8 this literally fits like a size 0/XS and measures 12” at waist, about 25” at hip and 22” top to bottom. It is shown on a size Small mannequin and cannot be all the way buttoned as can be seen in last pic.
