Vintage Late Edition Petite Silky Red Dress

I’m in love with this dress but it just doesn’t fit me how I’d want it to. I’m a size 0/2 and think this dress would better fit a 4/6 Looks like it once had shoulder pads but have been removed. No flaws, has been hanging in closet for a few years since it never fit.
