Vintage Late 1980’s Early 1990’s Drop-Waist Sailor-Collar Pleated Dress Size M/L

This dress is reteolicious - the design, the lace, the color. There are no tags but I believe it to be a cotton/rayon blend. This dress captures the essence of the late 1920s to early 1930s with its distinctive silhouette and detailing. The detailing of the dress is extraordinary. The white sailor collars with lace trim pops the steel gray fabric. That lace is on the cuffs. The sleeves have a sweet gather at the shoulder. At the drop waist is a wide band with fabric in the left side for a tie/bow. The skirt is pleated. I am eyeballing it as a medium - large. Please see measurements below.
