Vintage Large Snake Gold Rhinestone Covered Scarf Slide Or Belt Buckle 1970s

This is a fantastic rare piece.  Signed, I believe it says Janus.  This is a spectacular and very large piece that is believed to be a scarf slide. Gold metal.  Possibly electroplated but not tested.  Covered in rhinestones with black rhinestone eyes. Very large bar on the back that you would use to slide your scarf through.  This would beautifully sit on your chest accent in your scarf. Some people believe this is about buckle however it is quite long and you may not be able to sit down if wearing it like a belt buckle.
