Vintage Large Puffy Silver Heart Pendant Necklace

Vintage (probably the 80’s-90’s) Silver LARGE puffy heart covered in Marcasite(?) all over the entire 2” x 2” of this heart pendant. This is an unbranded necklace but don’t let that deter u from this piece and all its glory!! It measures at 23” + 3” extender. She’s a beauty.
