Vintage Large Letterpress Printing Plate Block 8x13” 50s Tax Form Document Text

Amazing huge vintage letterpress printing plate - it appears to be a tax form, likely from 1955 as I found it with another plate that had that year on it (see my other listings!) The title at the top says “Original Cost of Fully Depreciated Items”. It looks to me like it could still be used, though it is now intended to be decorative as someone has mounted a hanging bracket on the back. 8” wide, 11” long, just over 0.75” thick. A piece of printmaking history!
