Vintage Large EMBOSSED IVORY& Brass LOCKET * Mythical Goddess & Birds * 2 photos

Vintage ~ this was my mother's from the '40s. I think it's BRASS because of the color ~ and it had a faint tarnish which did mostly polish out. The top is a piece of IVORY (almost 1/4" thick) that has an EMBOSSED Mythical GODDESS with BIRDS ~ held into place with a thick brass bezel and engraved "feet". (You can see how thick it is in the 2nd photo of the opened locket). The locket is an oval 1-1/2" tall x 1-1/4" wide, and it's 1/2" thick. There's a hook at the top to either attach to a large charm bracelet ~ or a belt loop ~ or put a chain or ribbon through it and wear around your neck. * VERY UNUSUAL For sake of listing, I chose gold & cream as the 2 colors (brass or metallic weren't a choice ~ and the color is "ivory" or off-white, rather than white).
