Vintage Laguna Acoma Pueblo Pottery Jar Etched Sgraffito Signed LC/GP

Contemporary etched sgraffito pottery jar signed on the base: Laguna, Acoma N.M. LC / GP. Measures approximately 4.5 inches tall by 6 inches wide. The jar features matte black slip with designs cut back to white, including step-fret spirals, triangular panels, and feather or leaf motifs. This is a striking example of cross-Pueblo influence; while no firm documentation exists, the initials may possibly reference potters Lolita Concho (Acoma) and Gladys Paquin (Laguna) — both important figures in their pottery traditions.
