Vintage Lady Reiner A Line black skirt with belt loops

Black rayon A-line skirt. Very high quality mid-weight rayon with paper tag. Love this skirt it's just a little too tight in the waist for me - wish I could keep it! Bought this at a vintage store in Colorado and have only worn a few times. I kept the tag because it was so cool. Back zip and button closure. Belt loops to add a cute belt. Flat waist measurement is 13.5", length is 36" Brand is Lady Reiner: Cowboy Couture, Size 8 Some small marks from the hanger on waist (see photo) but very minimal and not noticeable.
