For Sale is a beautiful Vintage Lady Manhattan Silk and Velvet Lace Skirt featuring a side zipper, velvet waist band with button and hook and eye closure and black and burgundy lace pencil skirt. The skirt is lined and is in excellent condition minus the hook and eye closure on the waistband that is falling off/missing. Fabric is 40% Acetate, 40% Nylon and 20% Rayon.
