Vintage Lady Bird Dress

Really cool Lady Bird classic shirt dress I believe from the 1960’s. Dress does not have a sizing label. I am 5’3” and it hits me calf length. I am normally a size 4 in dresses and this is a bit too small around my mid section. I would call this dress a size 2 or small. Please see measurements posted with the pictures. Dress has functioning buttons all the way down and cute rolled sleeves. No material tag but almost certain this is cotton. Very well made. Looks like it used to have a belt but the belt has been lost.
