I found this skirt at a vintage market in NYC years ago and never had a chance to wear it. I’m guessing it’s from the 1950’s but it is in excellent condition. Very full skirt (thanks to a stiff crinoline underneath!) with gorgeous black lace. The tag says 10 but it fits a 24 inch waist perfectly. This would be perfect for a themed party, Halloween, or just for a night out! Waist across: 13 inches Length: 20.5 inches
