Great condition it is missing the third bottom button on the front but easy to replace Lacera brand maxi dress with tie around waistband, very soft and flowy lightweight cotton material. Pin tuck pleated on top with three buttons high waist flowy skirt Size S but fits larger more like a M. added measurements it fits me and i wear L/XL just a bit short on me 44” in length 19”in pit to pit 17.5” waistband Does have some stretch and can be tightened with waistband
