Vintage LIBERTY BLUE Dinner Plate TransferWare STAFFORDSHIRE Independence Hall

The Vintage LIBERTY BLUE Dinner Plate is a beautiful piece of Staffordshire porcelain featuring a historical Colonial scene of Independence Hall. There is a small crack (see picture) however, I believe it is under the glaze so it was done in production. This minor imperfection does not detract from the item.
