From the late 1990's, a festive rustic Halloween decoration that features a cute orange tabby cat dressed up as a witch holding a pumpkin sitting on a wooden block that says Happy Halloween with a broom laying on top. This Halloween decoration measures 5 3/4" high x 9 3/8" long x 1 1/4" wide and is in good condition showing minimal wear from age and use. It has some rustic elements to it that makes it look worn and not a defect. Please see all pictures for condition.
