HARD TO FIND!!! Vintage Kramer of New York Necklace Faux Coral Statement Tassel Fringe MCM Runway Substantial Statement Necklace Faux Coral (Molded Thermo-Plastic) in an ornate filigree scroll design with hanging gold-tone metal fringe tassels Signed KRAMER on back of pendant Measurements Pictured  Used Vintage Condition - There may be 2 gold dangles missing.  I am not sure if the outermost rings on the bottom of the pendant are meant to have dangles or not.  I have shown pictures.  There is some wear to the gold metal consistent with age (pictured)
