Vintage Klopman  Button Down Back Ruffle Collared & Cuff Shirt 70s NWT

This is vintage new with tag blouse from Klopman Mills, & tag reads 1964, not sure if that was date of manufacture or company origination. Blouse shows some discoloration likely from dust & storage. Does not appear to be faded. Material is Dacron/polyester & cotton mix. Pitt to pit is 19” Sleeves are 21” Shoulder seam to hem is 19” Baby Blue
