This is stunning! Made in SCOTLAND 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 100% Pure Wool. Maxi Kilt Pleated Skirt. Closes with Velcro on first wrap and 2 buckles on the outside. Black and Ivory. Let’s talk about sizing. You will see the tag is 16. This is a vintage item and will never fit a size 16 today. I am a solid Medium and it’s perfect (8-10). There is some wiggle room with the Velcro and adjustable buckles. I have included measurements with a length of 80” so please verify all this prior to purchase. It’s amazing 🤩
