neonattic @paradise_hi sorry for the delay! Ptp is 15.5 inches, waist is 15. There is elastic banding on the back but definitely fits like a small. I’m 5’6” 150 lbs and this is too tight in my bust and waist. I wish it fit me because it’s very cute!Hope this helps!
