Vintage Kent Silversmiths Footed Bowl Silver/Pewter

kent silveramiths footed vintage bowl in good/fair condition for age. Made from either silver or pewter but I really am not certain on the material. See stamp/engraved on bottom of bowl. Very old and don't know much about it but it's pretty. Please see photos for details and condition description. Non-smoking home. Crossposted on other sites so first come, first serve.
