Vintage Kay Unger lime green dress runs small

Preloved Tagged a size 8 but runs small. Listed it as a size 4 due to waist measurements. *Might* also work for a size 6. 17” pit to pit 13.5” waist 36” length Bought from another posher for myself even after being warned it ran small because it was so cute! - Tea length, midi dress - Fully lined - Hook and eye with zipper closure. Zip is still smooth. - Also has a metal grommet on the inside of straps, not sure what it was for. - No material tag Callouts: - A stain spot on the front skirt portion. - Some discoloration on waistband, pit areas, neckline. Listed after received since it didn’t fit me. Might be able to wash out, but haven’t tried. - Some loose threads on hemline. - Minor seam separation along back zipper but no holes. - See photos.
