Vintage Kate Spade "Rain" Boots Women's Size 9. It hardly ever rained in SoCal where I lived when I wore these. When it did, I got complements every single time I wore them. The heel is nice and the the red stripe adds style. They elongate your leg also. They show some wear, but with a little buffing, they should look very shiny. There is a one inch tear above the imprinted "tongue" on the right boot. The shoe repair went out of business here, but when I notified the gentleman, he said you can fuse it in the inside to seal it closed. Right now, you cannot notice it when looking, but you would want to either use a glue or a strong adhesive tape on inside, and it wouldn't move.
