Vintage Karen Scott pleated yellow bold blouse Size 20 W

Vintage 90’s Karen Scott bold front pleated yellow blouse with lovely gold buttons at the top of the shoulder and at the wrist. Shoulder pads present, but they can be easily removed as they are in by very few threads. This blouse is bold with very nice color retention.
