Vintage Karen Alexander Rhonda Harness Floral Strapless Dress Peplum Sz 10 Rhonda Harness was Karen Alexander’s design partner at Foxy Lady before they started their own lines. They used the same patterns and fabrics. I collected them separately for years before I realized they were partners. Strapless fitted corset bodice with boning and peplum and pencil skirt and attached belt. Size 10. Comes with a matching cropped jacket/ bolero with shoulder pads.
