Signed KJL (Kenneth Jay Lane) for Avon, this bold and gorgeous statement designer panther necklace was from the Duchess of Windsor collection. Shiny glass pearls creates the air of mystery around the enameled panther adorned with green cabochon eyes and clear Swarovski rhinestones. The panther centerpiece is planked by more sparkling channel-set clear Swarovski crystal rhinestones. Haute couture. Avant garde. Perfectly functional gold tone barrel clasp dates this piece to around the late 70s to 80s period. Excellent vintage condition with all shiny rhinestones and very minor wear on the pearls . Measured at around 19 inches in length. This wonderful vintage piece is a must for any collection.
