Fully lined The fabric content tag reads 58% wool, 32%rayon, 10% polyamide. The size is listed as USA 12 but it fits like a contemporary size 8. please go by the measurements to be sure... Flat measurements: waist 14.75" hip 19.5 " Back length 24" This skirt is hourglass shaped and it needs someone with hips. Excellent vintage condition. I see no rips, snags or stains .
